Admittedly, as entrepreneurs and small business owners we often try to wear ALL the hats in business – wanting to do it all and do it all overnight. - Getting a degree for everything versus needing a level of understanding in business as entrepreneurs. Learning to belly crawl before we can walk, run and outsource to others.
- Talking to the mirror, mirror on the wall and coming back to reality rather than a head in the clouds approach. Checking in with ourselves to make sure we are on track and not burning out.
- The illusion that you need multiple figures in the bank account to outsource, scale, and attract clients.
- Poking a hole in your bucket by being prideful, beating on your Tarzan chest and thinking you don’t need anyone. Realising that someone else may not do it the same as you will and that is okay.
