- Connect with your audience by sitting on their side of the keyboard and asking what is it that they're looking for?
- Different styles of search - on a computer with a keyboard, on your phone with the keypad and speech to text
- You really have to think about where your people are and how they are asking their questions
- It's really creating the best piece of content for those sets of words that are going to represent what you want to represent

A lot of times we're looking for easy and we skip the thing that's right in front of us that actually would give us a huge impact. Keep it simple because none of us need complicated.
